The Ty Ru hotel bar restaurant reopens its doors

The Ty Ru hotel bar restaurant, located in the heart of the town, rue François-Cadoret, is reopening its doors after two years of closure.
Tanguy Bretin, 43, originally from the town of Sens, in Burgundy, is the new owner of the establishment, a real institution in the town.
Opening of the hotel and restaurant Tuesday
“The hotel-restaurant is scheduled to open this Tuesday, and the bar at the beginning of July,” announces the new Riécois businessman. He has solid experience in the catering industry (20 years) and has climbed all the ranks (from table service to head waiter and manager). The kitchen team will consist of three people, including
Rémi, the chef. Three people will be assigned to dining room service.
Workers’ menus and à la carte
“I fell in love with this establishment, which has a spacious dining room that can accommodate 60 people. As for the hotel, it has twelve rooms. Workers’ menus and à la carte will be offered, every day except Monday, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. During the months of July and August, we will be open every day,” Tanguy Bretin said.
